Simple Stitches Make a Powerful Impact. 

Supplies

Needle thread, scissors, fabric, stuffing

Additional: yarn, found objects, beads 

How

Use pattern provided or invent your own pattern.

Pin pattern to two layers of cloth.

Trace around pattern onto cloth with pencil.

Cut out.

Stitch around edge with 1/4 inch seam. Leave 2-3 inches open.

Trim seams, clip curves.

Turn right side out.

Fill with stuffing. Sew final bit closed.

Embellish with beads or buttons for eyes, yarn for hair, add clothes, shoes, handbag, whatever you desire.
